We’ve recently made some key updates to your ProMonitoring Aligner Kit to allow a larger number of aligners in each box. The new configuration removes the dividers for each aligner step. Now, you’ll find that the aligners are distributed across two large compartments on the left side of their Aligner Kit box.
Additionally, your patients’ aligners will be packed in connected strips of bags that have been perforated to allow for easy separation. Using strip bags makes it easy for those providers who prefer to portion out aligner steps a few at a time, and it helps prevent patients from accidentally misplacing their aligners.
Providers like you have been asking for this change for some time, and we’re thrilled this is now in production.
Updating your demo Aligner Kit
If you’re currently using a demo Aligner Kit to preview with patients, we understand that you will want to update this to accurately reflect what they will be receiving. Rather than sending you a completely new Aligner Kit, we’ve created a simple conversion kit that you can order at your convenience.
The conversion kit can be quickly installed into your current demo Aligner Kit in just a few minutes. Just follow these steps.
- Remove all of the aligner step dividers from the Aligner Kit. You can recycle or upcycle these as you wish.
- Install the provided insert into the open space where the aligner step dividers were. The insert should be placed on the side of the aligner kit closest to you when opening the Aligner Kit.
That’s it! Once you’ve installed the insert, you’re ready to use your demo Aligner Kit with your ProMonitoring patients once more.
